YogaLife respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to your-email@example.com with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on YogaLife, with sufficient detail for us to find and verify it.
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Repeat Infringers

YogaLife reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. Please send email to your-email@example.com with: (1) your signature, (2) identification of the removed material and its original location, (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and (4) your contact information.
